Shipping and Insurance Information

Note: It is store policy to inspect every item before shipping.

To protect your investment from shipping damage or loss, we suggest you add insurance to all purchases.
If you receive a damaged item you will need to save the shipping box and packing materials to file a postal claim.
If there is a problem with an item you receive, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving it.

We use UPS & USPS. We only charge what it costs to ship your item. We do NOT charge any extra handling or packing fees, but you can rest assured that your item will be well packed and shipped the most appropriate way to save you money. We do NOT use bubble mailers due to the frequency of damage these packages incur.

Most small items can be shipped First Class for $3.00.
Medium size items such as ornaments will be shipped Priority Mail.
In most cases, large, heavy items, such as cookie jars are shipped UPS.
